How quickly can you confirm a booking?
Most bookings are answered the same business day. Urgent healthcare and legal requests are prioritised — tick the "urgent" box on the form, or call 0800 833 225 directly and someone will pick up.
Are your interpreters certified?
Yes. All our non-NZSL interpreters hold NAATI certification or are working towards it — the recognised standard for professional interpreting. NZSL interpreters hold their own recognised qualifications, and our healthcare and legal interpreters carry sector-specific experience on top.
Can you handle Immigration NZ translations?
Yes — certified translations prepared to the standards required by Immigration NZ, NZTA driver-licence conversions, the Courts and statutory bodies. We also handle birth, marriage and death certificates, academic qualifications and statutory declarations.
Do you cover regions where you don't have an office?
Yes. We're a nationwide service. In-person interpreters are dispatched from the nearest hub; phone and video interpreting is available anywhere in Aotearoa at short notice.
